At Lifesence, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we’re here to help.
Returns

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible, your item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.

Certain items such as personal care products, fragrances, undergarments, or sale/clearance items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene and safety reasons.
Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you received free shipping, the actual shipping cost may be deducted from your refund.
Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange for the same product, contact us at support@lifesence.com.
Order Issues

If you received a wrong item, damaged product, or missing package, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can resolve the issue quickly.
