Lifesence – Return & Refund Policy

At Lifesence, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we’re here to help.

Returns

  • You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • To be eligible, your item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.

  • Certain items such as personal care products, fragrances, undergarments, or sale/clearance items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene and safety reasons.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you received free shipping, the actual shipping cost may be deducted from your refund.

Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange for the same product, contact us at support@lifesence.com.

Order Issues

  • If you received a wrong item, damaged product, or missing package, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can resolve the issue quickly.
